Facilitators Training for Tai Chi for Health



Bulding Healthy communities West Wigtownshire  Tai Chi for Health  Facilitator Bob Stirling  and Patsy Cullen have been busy prepairing the Tai Chi for Health volunteers who will be attending Tai chi for diabetes training this month in Dumfries.  Bob stated the trainees have been working hard over recent months in preperation for their training and assesment, once completed we will have six qualified Facilitators in Stranraer.  This will enable us to expand the service within the community and enable service users to benifit from the experience of participating in Tai chi for Arthiritus & Diabetes programme.
