for the Quenns Baton Relay”

Stranraer Queens Baton relay committee to Develop a Banner that represented the
costal front of stranraer and encapsuled e the Scottish Sartire and the irish
sartire and the Flag of Genada where the next commonwealth games will take
place after Scotland
We would like to thank the Volunteers from BHC and Apex Jack
& Jill of all trades partnership
project who supported the Arts Group in mounting the Banner in the Town square
for the days event
The Banner was so impressive that it
will be mounted and displayed in the
Ryan sports Centre for the duration of the commonwealth games
The Arts group also designed and produced a 3 dimensional
mosique which is presently been exhibited at the APEX D&G Centre in
stranraer welcoming the forth comming
Commonwealth games
