Live independently at home – Pop up Home from Home Stranraer







As part of Wigtownshire Health Social Care action plan, working in partnership with Loreburn Housing Association and a range of key partners, established an exciting new initiative, A pop up home to home, with the aim to promote awareness to community service users how their home can be adapted to support independent living for people with dementia, Sensory impairment, and the elderly.

  With the success  and interest shown of this  identified  initiative ,the home viewing has now been extended to the end of April, to enable further opportunity  for service users and service organisations to view the range of equipment, interactive technology and communication tools to enable people to live a safe and independent life

The home can be booked for a tour guided visit and introduction to the resources available and their use
