BHC Move More Walkers dont get dettered by wet weather

West Wigtownshire Building Healthy Communities  Macmillan Move More  Path walk initiative met today at Stranraer Cancer Drop in centre ,and although the weather was poor,  a significant number of the group turned out for the Friday  afternoon path walk ,which was delightful to see.

Although the weather was not great  the group enjoyed a stroll through the woods of the bypass ,and enjoyed a general discussion on life events and life in the community

Once the hourly walk was completed, the group returned to the Stranraer Cancer Drop on centre at the Galloway Hospital ,where a hot cup of coffee/ tea was eagerly accepted and  appreciated

The project initiative is free for those effected by Cancer, the group meet every Friday at 1pm  at the Stranraer Cancer Drop in Centre  at the Galloway Hospital  Stranraer  ,and the walks are facilitated by Trained Macmillan Cancer Path walk facilitators
