Tai Chi For Health - Macmillan TCAT Evening classes Stranraer Liblary

Building Healthy Communities  (BHC) West Wigtownshire Are pleased to announce our first Evening classes of Tai Chi for Health,  supporting the  Transforming Care After Treatment (TCAT ) programme in the locality


The Tai Chi for health is facilitated by two wonderful Volunteers  Jane Brown and Alex Allison ,who are trained facilitators by the Paul Lam institute of Tai Chi for health.
The one hour event each week is free and available to anyone who has experienced cancer or recovering from cancer ,families and those cared for by loved ones


The group meet every Monday Evening 6pm -7pm at the down stairs studio in the library in Stranraer
For those not so steady on their feet ,a seated form of the Tai Chi for Health is also accommodated  within the delivery


We finish our evening sessions  with a coffee/ tea and biscuit  , and we warmly welcome new members to come along
