Gentle Movement Exercises Stranraer Library

Macmillan Cancer Support and Building Healthy Communities are working together with NHS, Dumfries and Galloway Council and paths for All to deliver fitness and community initiatives for people affected by cancer. Macmillan have carried out an evidence based study which demonstrates real benefits in these activities for patients, their families and carers.As part of the local Move More programme, Gentle Movement sessions are available to anyone affected by cancer. These are taking place every Tue at 11am-12am and coffee/tea afterwards  at  Stranraer  Library

The sessions are free. Anybody affected by cancer, relatives and carers are encouraged to attend.  Please contact the local coordinator Gary Small, Building Healthy Communities for further details.
