Move More Circuit Training at the Ryan Centre

Macmillan Cancer Support and Building Healthy Communities are working together with NHS, Dumfries and Galloway Council and paths for All to deliver fitness and community initiatives for people affected by cancer. Macmillan have carried out an evidence based study which demonstrates real benefits in these activities for patients, their families and carers.
As part of the local Move More programme, gentle circuit sessions are available to anyone affected by cancer. These are taking place every Wednesday at 12.30. p.m. at The Shok Gym, Ryan Centre, Stranraer and 2.30. p.m. at The Merrick Centre, Newton Stewart.  The instructor Jamie Greenhill has undergone extensive training with Macmillan Cancer Support and Dumfries and Galloway Council to deliver these sessions to people affected by cancer.
